Tim brings 22 years of product development experience as a design engineer and project management background, which includes a focus in the Medical Product Development field. His involvement in CAD/CAM since 1982 has played a key role in shortening product development cycles and meeting critical manufacturing schedules.

American Dade- Chemistry analyzer. (2 years)
Intertherapy- Design Engineer– start up company developing catheters using intravascular ultra sound. (2 years)

Joined designsUNLIMITED part time in 1987, was made partner in 1997. Jim brings with him 16,000 hours of experience with Pro/Engineer along with Certification from PTC as a CEP (Certified Engineering Provider) and 24 years in product development experience. His strength is in developing complex organic shapes using Pro/Surface, along with extensive plastic part design.
Background in the Medical field includes:
Cardiovascular Device (3M Health Care)- Blood Gas Analyzer using fluorescences. (2 years)
Baxter Edwards- Involved in various catheter products, Intervenious pump designs and production/prototype tooling. (9 years)
